The assessment considered technical skills, work efficiency, product acceptance rates, safety awareness, teamwork and improvement ideas. The report says four employees were recognised after shop-floor observation, data checks and colleague feedback. Their roles included microbial fermentation, organic-fertilizer granulation and crop-protection equipment assembly.
