Build the equipment scope around your feedstock, product form and site.
Start with the source and condition of your feedstock, intended product, planned throughput and available space. Powder and granular fertilizer follow different process routes, so the equipment list follows the agreed process.
Configuration connects composting, crushing, screening and batching with granulation, drying, cooling and bagging where the process requires them. Machine interfaces and layout are discussed for the specific site.
The catalogue documents assembly, testing and truck dispatch from the Hebi production base. Before delivery, confirm the equipment list, connection requirements and arrival arrangements. Supply scope and timing are agreed for each project.
