Aerobic fermentation tank

The tank is configured for aerobic treatment of livestock manure and other organic feedstocks. Its listed assemblies include the fermentation chamber, air supply, hydraulic loading, heating, odor treatment and controls.

Is chamber volume the same as daily throughput?

The source table separates chamber volume from treatment quantity. The latter is stated at 65% moisture without a time period; confirm the operating cycle during project review.

What processing can follow the fermentation tank?

Discharged material can enter fertilizer finishing. Powder and granular products require different combinations of crushing, screening, batching, granulation and bagging, selected for the discharge condition.
